Founder & President
SHAWN NORRIS
Shawn is the Chairman and Owner of Bigfoot FC, growing the club from a concept to a reality, building a strong foundation in USL League Two and the USL W League while serving Maple Valley and Southeast King County. He is also the founder of West Coast Goalkeeping, now the largest dedicated goalkeeping brand in North America. Its gloves are used at the highest levels of the sport, including the World Cup, Premier League, MLS, and top leagues worldwide, and the company serves as Bigfoot FC’s main sponsor. Shawn has also held leadership roles at Disney and Nintendo, working on major franchises like Cars, Pirates of the Caribbean, and High School Musical, and driving significant business growth. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset, he continues to grow the game and strengthen the local community through Bigfoot FC.

HALEY KOPMEYER
Haley began her career as a standout goalkeeper at the University of Michigan, earning Big Ten Goalkeeper of the Year honors and setting program records for saves and shutouts. She then went on to have a successful professional career that included stops at Seattle Reign FC, Orlando Pride, and international stints with Brisbane Roar, Canberra United, and Apollon Limassol, gaining experience at the highest levels of women’s soccer. She is now a Goalkeeper Coach at Seattle University and is part of the West Coast Goalkeeping team.

HANK THE BIGFOOT
Say hello to Hank, the official Bigfoot FC mascot! You can see Hank at all home games and various events throughout Maple Valley, Renton, Covington, Kent, and across Southeast King County. Hank is a fun, family-friendly character who brings energy, excitement, and plenty of smiles wherever he goes—always representing Bigfoot FC and connecting with fans of all ages. Inspired by the local legend of Bigfoot in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range, we wanted a mascot that felt familiar to our community—but not intimidating. Striking the right balance was key: playful without looking like an ape or a bear, and full of personality. We can’t wait for you to meet Hank soon!
Men's USL2 Head Coach
PAUL Mcilvenny
Our first-ever Men’s Head Coach Paul spent his playing career in the United Kingdom with clubs Basingstoke Town FC, Whitchurch United, and Arlesford Town FC, gaining extensive experience in competitive English football before transitioning to the U.S. soccer scene. He then began his coaching career in youth and developmental programs, working with East Diablo SC, Olympic Development Programs (ODP), Maple View Middle School, and our partner club Valor Soccer. He holds a USSF D License and a USC National Diploma, reflecting his commitment to high standards in coaching education and player development.
Women's USLW Head Coach
VIET Nguyen
Viet was a standout at the University of Washington, earning First Team All-Conference honors while helping lead the Huskies to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances while also representing the United States at the U-20 National Team level. He went on to play six professional seasons with the Seattle Sounders, making over 150 appearances. Following his playing career, Nguyen transitioned into coaching and leadership roles, working in U.S. Soccer education, Washington ODP, and as Youth Director at Pacific Northwest Soccer Club, before serving as Technical Advisor and College Recruiting Coordinator at Eastside FC. He holds a USSF A License.
